After getting the actual signal from the transmitter the receiver also transmits the signal to the transmitter device as feedback. This phenomenon happens more than ten times in a second. The radio remote device detects many things while communicating with the receiver device. The quality of the signal, the number of successful transmissions, the lost data packet, the communication gap in the middle of receiver and transmitter, the battery percentage, the error occurred, the signal range, etc.

While close loop communication in the middle of transmitter and receiver, the transmitter device adjusts the electric power automatically. The transmitter device consumes more energy if the distance between transmitter and receiver is more and if the distance is near then the transmitter device takes less energy.

The interlocked features are present on the overhead crane remote control systems. That means pair of buttons cannot be used at the same time. If the forward button is pressed at that time reverse button cannot be used until the forward button reaches the destination. And the operator also has to keep pressing the forward button for continuous movement of the crane.

The main advantage of wireless remote control for cranes is that it completely works on the wireless systems and hence the crane or hoist can be managed from a long and safe distance also. The battery used for the communication is so durable and can be used for a minimum of six months.
